Shipping Policy

We currently DO NOT offer local pick up.

We currently DO NOT ship internationally.

All orders are hand made in small batches to ensure maximum quality. With that, orders have 3-5 business days processing time upon receipt of the order. The shipping method applies after the order has shipped. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)

 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Once your order has been successfully logged with the carrier for delivery, Skin Health Happiness, is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered on the order. Please contact the carrier and us at email skinhealthhappinessllc@gmail.com. Please have your tracking number available to assist with the investigation.
RETURNED PACKAGES
It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or insufficient address, your order will automatically be refunded for the full amount of your purchase less 20% + shipping costs for loss of goods, as returned orders cannot be restocked.
USPS SHIPPING TIMELINE 
ECONOMY: 5-8 business days from the date your order ships
STANDARD: 3-7 business days from the date your order ships.
