What is the self life of my products?
The self life of all products are located on the label. The number corresponds to the number of months the products can be safely used.
Why did my product melt?
In the Summer (warmer) months, our products can soften or even melt during the time between the travel process from our warehouse to your front door (think warm delivery truck, porch and/or mailbox). Since we use real, all-natural ingredients, melting is simply the natural reaction to heat. You can rest assured that the quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting. Please note: Our whipped butters will change consistency in extreme heat and may look half full when you receive it. Simply put in your refrigerator to solidify it and the consistency will become like a balm.

Why is my product a different color than previously?
We use both yellow and white shea butter based on vendor availability. The color of the shea butter base does not indicate a difference in quality.

When will my order ship?
All orders are hand made in small batches to ensure maximum quality. With that, orders have 3-5 business days processing time upon receipt of the order. The shipping method applies after the order has shipped. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
